I think we gave Floor Crafters a difficult job: refinishing half of an oak hardwood floor. Our main level had a lot of wear in the kitchen area whereas the rest of the floor was good. They laid out what we could expect in terms of variations from the original finish and the results exceeded their predictions. We are very happy; the remedy is gorgeous and relatively pain free. They were everything you want in a company: they listened, were on time, respectful and efficient. We used them many years ago and would recommend them to others.

Very happy with the work Floor Crafters did in our house. They replaced old carpet areas with hardwood and seamlessly laced it in with existing hardwood floor, some of it damaged by a leak. It all looks brand new and beautiful. They also helped us move furniture to the garage, which is a service not all companies offer, others ask you to hire movers. Everyone was super helpful from beginning to end. The installers were very professional, on time and courteous. They really exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Excellent sanding job done by Floor Crafters. They kept me well appraised of all work to be done, helped move furniture out, and kept everything very neat and clean on the jobsite. They use high quality sealer and finish and did a great job applying it. Plus the dust containment system left very little dust after the job was finished. My floors look new again! All in all, great customer service and great product. We were always able to contact someone with questions, and both employees and owner are friendly and helpful. There were some vinyl shavings left over on my porch from cutting the vinyl and when we contacted them about it they came out right away to clean it up. The install was quick, and my floor looks great! Would definitely recommend them and/or use them in the future.

The team at Floor Craters has been fantastic in performing a repair on closet flooring for me. And then installing new flooring in my bathrooms which had a thin sheet of linoleum as flooring over the sub floor. It had a faux wood plank pattern on it that made the floor look cheap. The difference in the flooring is night and day. Throughout this whole floor install process the team at Floor Crafters was very communicative, courteous, professional, and made me feel like I wad part of their family.
