I had a tricky project moving into a home where the new flooring hadn’t been finished — and to make things harder, the new flooring the previous owners put in had been discontinued. David and I went on the hunt for a new match, and he was so patient with me throughout the entire process. At first, I wasn’t sure whether to try to match the existing flooring or just replace it all throughout the house. David came back multiple times, walked me through the options, and provided several quotes to help me make the best decision. On top of that, we also wanted to remove three bathroom vanities and put in new tile. David and his team handled it all seamlessly. At one point, we even picked out a match, had it delivered, and then realized the wood had more variation than expected — so David helped us return it and find another option.
