I am thoroughly pleased with my Floor Crafters experience, in fact delighted! The person who came out to evaluate my job was professional and asked excellent questions. The quote was reasonable, in fact several hundreds of dollars lower that another recommended company. But the BEST was the quality of workmanship both in new floor installation and re-finishing of 17 year old existing floors. They take pride in their workman ship. Everyone also respected our schedule; I received daily texts confirming arrival times, which were all on time! Thank you Floor Crafters, I will be able to say "you're welcome" to all folks looking for this service.

Excellent sanding job done by Floor Crafters. They kept me well appraised of all work to be done, helped move furniture out, and kept everything very neat and clean on the jobsite. They use high quality sealer and finish and did a great job applying it. Plus the dust containment system left very little dust after the job was finished. My floors look new again! I highly recommend Floor Crafters!

Floor Crafters finished the new wood floor in my remodeled kitchen and then refinished the 60 year old wood floors in the rest of my house - what a difference! You wouldn't be able to tell where one ends and the other begins. Everyone was professional, on time, and easy to work with. I get so many compliments on the floors. All in all, great customer service and great product. We were always able to contact someone with questions, and both employees and owner are friendly and helpful. There were some vinyl shavings left over on my porch from cutting the vinyl and when we contacted them about it they came out right away to clean it up. The install was quick, and my floor looks great! Would definitely recommend them and/or use them in the future.
